SuBee Photography understands that life happens unexpectedly, so we try to be as flexible as possible when the unexpected happens. However, when we hold a time slot for one family, another family is unable to book that time slot. Therefore, we have crafted a policy to mitigate the harm to everyone involved when cancellations inevitably occur.
When someone books a session with SuBee Photography, they are required to pay a 50% deposit to reserve the spot. The remaining payment is due prior to the session start time. Late payments will not be accepted. In the event that the balance is not paid in full prior to the session time, the 50% deposit will be forfeited.
Any cancellation made more than 7 days prior to the session will be fully refundable. However, cancellations made within 7 days of the session will forfeit the 50% deposit. In the event you paid more than the 50% deposit prior to the cancellation, I will refund the excess payment. If your deposit is forfeited pursuant to this policy, the deposit amount may be applied toward a future booking with payment of a $25 fee. The future booking must be made within 36 hours of cancellation.
In the event that I need to cancel a session due to illness or an emergency, you will have the option of either receiving a full refund of the session fee or rebooking the session with additional bonuses free of charge.
